Reports have emerged from Idum, a village in Mbube, Cross River State, of an alleged apparition of the Virgin Mary. According to information shared by Fr. Marcellinus, the phenomenon was first noticed a few days ago and is said to still be visible.
The reported occurrence has drawn a large number of faithful and curious onlookers to the site. Many have gathered to pray the Rosary, sing Marian hymns, and seek spiritual reflection amid the unfolding situation.
At this time, the local Church authorities are yet to issue an official statement. As is customary in such cases, the relevant diocese is expected to carefully investigate the claims before making any formal pronouncement.
